I emailed the guy I interviewed with to say thank you, and he responded 10 minutes later thanking me for spending so much time with them and saying they were impressed with me.  I'm taking that as a good sign.

Quick update:

I have a THIRD interview with the organization tomorrow afternoon (Monday, March 24)!  They called on Friday and asked if I would come in to meet with the Board chair -- which I'm taking as a very good sign.   

I also have a second interview with a different organization on Tuesday.

So, if anyone can cross their fingers (or whatever  ) for me tomorrow, I'd appreciate it.  I REALLY need this job.

Today's interview went really well.  We had a great conversation, complete with lots of laughter and exploring ideas.  Unfortunately, I won't know for a couple of weeks because they have one more person to interview and that person is out of town.  Sigh.
