I've just noticed that the Wikipedia entry for Hard-Polytheism has been merged into the entry for Polytheism. I suspect this was because of it's lack of references and citations.

Does any know of any good online references for Hard-Polytheism?

This makes sense to me, hard and soft polytheism really don't need separate articles from polytheism.  In fact, having a soft polytheism article and a hard polytheism article would not leave much for the polytheism article.

Not Randall but hard polytheism is the belief that all gods are distinct entities that are completely independent of each other.  Soft polytheism is the belief that all of the gods are just facets of one or two "supreme" entities.

I don't think it is quite that cut and dried. Hard polytheism is probably better described as the belief that there are multiple deities and most deities are distinct entities. Soft polytheism is probably better described as the belief that there are multiple deities, but most deities are avatars/faces/different human names/etc. of a handful of actual beings.

There is that as well but my definition was the first one I could think of first thing in the morning.
