Not to mention he is more pleasent to look at than the other guy

And he's just as pleasant to look at in person... if you're into dark gothic types with a sense of humor, that is.  Where's the drooling emoticon when I need it?  Grin

This is plagueing those of us in the UK.  It has no musical merit, and I would dearly love it if an 'accident' befell everyone who was involved in its production.

This reminds me of a song that plagued the US (and possible the world) a few years ago.  It also has no musical merit, and I would dearly love it if an 'accident' befell everyone who was involved in its production.

Okay, it isn't really a contest, unless the prize of other people being annoyed with you seems appealing.  What songs can you absolutely not get out of your head, and find yourself singing in spite of yourself?

The songs that get stuck in my head don't tend to annoy me. I have enough catchy music that I like that I don't often find myself unable to get the bad ones out of my head.

Lately, though, it's been two songs in particular getting stuck in my head:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=v4Wy7gRGgeA
(especially the bit about the login page Grin)

http://youtube.com/watch?v=EQ37mlUFjSw
(I just wish I knew all the words...and how to play it...he uses some fun chord structures)

I'm actually quite special. I have an audio mixing studio in my brain that takes two or three lines from one song and two or three from another and mixes the two together into one, repeating songlomerate that is very short, very annoying, and never ends.

For example -- recently that little studio in my head has been mixing this song and this one.

Oh, yes. It's possible.

I've known people with relationships like that.   Shocked

Actually, that song is one of "our songs" -- not because we're that unhealthy, but some of the lyrics seem to fit us really really well. (Because I am a gluttonous queen, narcissistic and mean, hideous and sexy, born of the jackal, beautiful, and I do drain him slowly -- he calls me "chi stealer". Wink) That and we both love the song.

Unfortunately, that's now stuck in my head, so I do believe it's entirely possible.  Cheesy

"Good things gro-o-ow ..."

If you don't live in Ontario (or don't watch TV), be thankful you don't have to listen to this at every commercial break.

And it's off key, too.

Even if I lived in Ontario, I don't watch TV...I'm much happier viewing television episodes online with 5 commercials per episode Grin

Yes.  The Ting Tings suck (they're getting a lot of play here in the States on college stations).  But this song...I've always been attracted to the Toni Basil/cheerleader-style call-out pop tune.  I can't quite discount this one.

Don't worry, man.  It'll be over soon.  Wink
