Ozzy, take me away

 Shocked

I'm too young for this.  It's somewhat jarring to see Sabbath playing in front of a rainbow.  Somehow, it seems to clash with their image Cheesy

I think you pasted the wrong image there.  Unless Sabbath has invented some really nifty universe-hopping space-ships, I don't think that link has much to do with Sabbath or Dio Grin

I just stumbeled on this one and went. "Day-am!!"

Apparently, Dio and Yngwie Malmsteen both did covers on the old classic Aerosmith, and somebody put the two together

The title of this thread put that Kylie Minogue song in my head.

It's also in an ad that gets a lot of play right now, so I can't escape it.

I know, I know...

This thread is quite old.  However, I am new to the board, and I have songs stuck in my head all the time, and I'm going to share them with you! Wink

I love this one...makes my fiance wants to break things, however:

I love this one as well!  Attention LotR fans! (Warning: some foul language and mature themes involved)

This one...well...no comments:

And because I must stop myself from posting a gazillion links, here's the last one...for now, for the Trekkies out there  Grin

I'm not sure.  Whenever this song is on youtube, there is normally a HUGE flamewar in the comments (though, considering this is youtube, what else is new Roll Eyes ) between those who say it's Voltaire (as the video makers normally do) or whether it's a group called ThouShaltNot.

I find a clip where TSN is perfoming it live.  They mentioned Voltaire but I can't quite make it out.  Since it's a (poorly recorded) live performance I think I may be on the fence though the vocals sound alike:

I think you may be right about TSN.  It isn't in line with most of what I've heard from them, so it didn't really occur to me.  If it is TSN, it's an uncanny imitation.

Imitation of Voltaire's voice?

I agree that it sounds much different than what I heard of TSN, too.  Now that I think about it, the different sounding voice may be due to trying to imitate (albeit a darker version of) the voice of the Scarecrow on The Wizard of Oz:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOKK8mAkiUI

Whatever the reason, it does sound a lot like Voltaire Cheesy
