I think you've been told, but you really need to quote as our rules require. I have no idea what you are talking about here since you did not quote. If you haven't read the rules (as you agreed to do before posting), you need to do so now. Not quoting annoys the Hosts.

What kind of idealogical disagreements do Chaos Magicians have with other pagans exactly?  just curious...

Well, that's sort of like asking why one Pagan might disagree with another.  A hard polytheist and someone who believes in archetypes will disagree for different reasons than an Alexandrian will disagree with a Gardnerian.   What the disagreement would be about would depend on who it was with.  Still, I would say there are probably two relatively common points of disagreement.

The first is with hard polytheists who think that it is wrong to "use" Deities by shifting loyalties and choosing to work with whomever is convenient rather than dedicating oneself exclusively to a particular Deity or Pantheon.   This one is difficult to resolve because it revolves around a fundamentally different understanding of how the Universe works.

The second is with individuals who see this paradigm shifting as self contradiction.  This usually gets worked out when I explain that there is a larger overarching meta-belief which remains consistent.

Does that help?

Measure twice, cut once, and buy extra material anyway.

For non-chaotes, does the idea of a Chaos Magician in your circle bother you?  Or do you find it acceptable?

I would accept anyone who is genuine, open-minded and has a moral foundation. Working with Chaotes is fun! Atleast all of the ones I've worked with so far. Chaotes are still small in number when compared with other magical groups. It takes a great deal of flexability to do what a Chaotes does. Not many people have that flexability. A majority of people are actually looking for a firm foundation and security. I am so eclectic I am borderline Choate. If it were not for the fact that I attend traditional native gatherings and must keep with tradition with those, I probably would be a chaos mage. I have never worked with a chaotes group before, but if they used good group dynamics and teamwork skills it would be an adventure to say the least. Go, I wish you the best in finding or maybe even forming your own Chaos Circle.

Balance that is unbalanced to maintain balance.
