Nope, the lottery is generally a tax on people who are bad at math, or so my father says.

My dad calls it "the idiot tax".  Usually while he's buying his weekly lottery ticket. 

I buy a lottery ticket now and then, for S&Gs.  You can't have a proper lottery fantasy without one.
