I've heard of Dijon mustard, but never in my life had I heard of Dijon ketchup.

LOL  I think it's time to quote the actual bit in question.  There's this in the actual song:

We wouldn't have to walk to the store

The Kraft dinner being the mac and cheese, I think.  Then there's a bit of chatter following it:
But we would eat Kraft dinner?
Of course we would, we'd just eat more
And buy really expensive ketchups with it
That's right, all the fanciest
