Are you thinking two days for any particular reason, or just because you're remembering we've sometimes done that?

I did remember that we sometimes did that, and I'm doing my ritual on Sunday night, and I wanted the shift to cover that.    But one day starting at sunset on the 21st would be perfect, as long as everybody was okay on that.
