Forme of Cury being available in this form is such a boon! Those of us "med-ren cooking geeks" have been able to find it with a lot of looking and haunting used bookstores/sites for years, thanks to academic presses, but this... COOLNESS.

For those who enjoy working with primary sources, this truly is a treasure. (Me, I like to have the original side by side with a modernization/translation, just because.)
