That's part of what worries me, I have no tools for this ritual. All I have are candles, water, salt, and feathers to represent the elements, as well as some fruit as an offering of thanks.

I have never used any 'tools' ie; athames, knives or swords, in any of my rituals. I have only used the type of things that you mention here. For some people the use of tools is important to their practice, and that's fine, but it doesn't have to be for everyone.
