Heh, a lot of those questions I can answer now but I can't provide any examples of my work.  One question, do you want only one example or can their be more?  (For example, a quote from a story/poem and jpeg of one of my visual art pieces)

I'll leave it up to you what you'd like to submit, but the more the merrier.  I will take multiple examples, especially if someone is working in more than one field.  Just know that if you flood my email with jpegs, I reserve the right to pick my favorites and draw fangs and horns on the rest.  Oh wait, I forgot who I was talking to... they probably already have those, don't they? Silly me. 

It's definitely not a rush.  I like to space the interview entries at least a week apart, so right now, I'm looking at no earlier than mid-January for yours.
