Does anyone else have music they think of as Brighid music?  Want to share?

Caravanserai by Loreena McKennitt. (Lyrics here.)

It's not about Brighid specifically, but it makes me think of Her. Especially the chorus and the last verse.

I've also been finding that a lot of the music from the Battlestar Galactica soundtrack has made it onto my Songs for the Gods playlist, but no specifics on Brighid music yet.

I had an odd "aha" moment connected with her today--"Green Eyes" by Coldplay followed by Garth Brooks' "Standing Outside The Fire."

Wanted to add: "Touched by the Sun" by Carly Simon.

(Live version is much better than album)

This version is best, but you have to skip some dialogue to get to the song.

Ooh!  I have a song to share!

I came across this song in FYE on the New Moon Soundtrack of all places.  It's called "No Sound but the Wind" by the Editors.  The chorus is the most important of the lyrics.  The rest are more suited for the New Moon movie, but the chorus is amazing. Smiley

Song Lyrics: http://www.metrolyrics.com/no-sound-but-the-wind-lyrics-editors.html

Eee! I love Editors! Grin These songs are really lovely guys.

This looks/sounds like something I'd love to add to my playlist.   Cheesy  Do you happen to have any idea whether it's available in CD format?

Thanks for sharing!
