I've been reading a bit about chaos magick... this time last year it didn't make much sense, but now it is very intriguing to me. The little that I'm reading online is resonating with me pretty strongly! I've done some quick searches here and found some book recommendations which I'll try to find ASAP.

I'd love to hear more from chaotes here about good starting places, as well as things to avoid. Really just anything you'd like to share! Thanks!

PM me if you like! I would love to meet other pagans in my area (AZ)... I am basically neo-pagan with a tendency towards eclectic wicca, but I am open to anybody!

I imagine that you've come across this already but, Liber Null & Psychonaut: An Introduction to Chaos Magic  by Peter Carroll is a pretty standard starting point.

Yes, thanks! I think I'm going to have to do an interlibrary loan to get it, though.

To be honest, there's not much in Liber Null etc that you can't find online.

I agree, but I generally find it's easier to sit with a bound copy than it is to read it off a monitor or xerox paper.

Personal preference is fair enough.  I just thought I would mention a further option.

Thanks, I'll check and see if I can find them online... I don't mind one way or the other and it seems it would probably be quicker and simpler at this point to read online since the library doesn't have it!
