I'm sticking with the "small list" idea... and this season's list is going to look an awful lot like last season's.
1. Do 15 sessions with new ballet-workout exercise DVD.
2. Do 15 sessions with back care yoga DVD.
(I will already have gotten a start on these by the time the season starts. In addition, I'll carry over any exercise-video-related goals from Season 1 that I don't accomplish by the equinox. As with S1, these will rotate as I work my way through various videos in an effort to keep my exercise program varied.)
3. Finish. My. Novel. From. NaNoWriMo 2008. The sad truth here is that I'm SO CLOSE, but I've gotten bored with it. I feel like giving up now is sort of silly... I hope to actually get this one done before the season change, but I'm being realistic and putting it on the list for Season 2 anyway, because as little as I've done on it lately? ...Yeah, I'm doubtful.
4. On a more lighthearted note, watch
Buffy through the middle of season 4. The eventual goal is to go through the whole series--I've never seen S5-7, and while I understand those seasons are kind of crap, I'd still like to at least catch up with the rest of the world and actually see for myself. I think mid-S4 is about as far as I'm going to get before the solstice, though.
I want to put a work goal in here too, having to do with progress on my current project, but I'm not sure quite how to phrase it yet, so it's going to have to wait just a little before being added to the list.
