I've never participated in this before, being generally content with my flaws, but I have a couple of things I need to work on. Time to take some baby steps out of my laziness towards adult-type responsibility.
1. Get my sugar under 7 and keep it there.
2. Lose 15-20 pounds over the next few months.
3. Take regular walks outside now that the snow's mostly gone and the temps are up.
That's enough to start with. Don't want to overwhelm myself with change.
