1a.  Do 15 sessions with 10-Minute Solution (original flavor) DVD.--Done!
1b.  Do 15 sessions with 10-Minute Latin Dance cardio DVD.--Done!
1c.  Do 15 sessions with back care yoga DVD.--Done!
1d.  Do 15 sessions with new ballet-workout exercise DVD.--Currently at 10.
1e.  Do 15 sessions with 10-Minute Trouble Zone exercise DVD.--Currently at 6.
1f.  Do 15 sessions with Yoga For the Rest of Us DVD.--Currently at 4.

2.  Finish.  My.  Novel.  From.  NaNoWriMo 2008. --Very little progress from last week.  So close, and yet so far away.

3.  Watch Buffy through the middle of season 4.--All I've got left in S3 is the two-part finale.  Then I think I figured I'd need to get 11 eps into S4 to hit this goal.

Goals:  8
Achieved:  3 (38%)

I'm thinking several of these are not going to get achieved this season at this point, but I'm OK with that.  The exercise-video goals and the Buffy goal (which is really just a subset of "watch the entire series") are really sort of ongoing things, not tied to this specific season, so it's no biggie if I don't get them done by solstice.  I would really like to get that novel draft done this season, though.  I've been working on it since November, barely making any progress since NaNo ended, and I'm really ready to get it done so I can put it aside and work on something else for a while...

Update:

Academic/Career
1. Do well for the rest of the semester -- Semester's over with.  I think I did alright, but I come back to this one when I find out my grades.
2. Don't let my teachers get to me as much -- It wasn'tso much the teachers as it was my classmates and the class itself, so technically done.
3. Read two chapters a week of the book I need to read for History -- Done
4. Find a job (because in the Fall I need to do an internship to graduate) -- Talked to the head of the culinary department, the school can set up an internship in the fall so I'm not limit to restaurants for a summer job.

Creative Goals
1. Work on the two manuscripts I stared once a week -- I have been working on them off and on for the past few weeks
2. Edit the first manuscript I have on the back burner once a month -- Will get to this when I'm back on my regular computer
3. Work on other back burner manuscripts every once and a while -- See above
4. Write at least 20 pages for Script Frenzy -- Failed!  I just didn't have the time nor the energy nor the inspiration to do so.

Physical Health Goals
1. Cut back on the amount of soda I drink -- I'm debating between a good portion control with what's better on my wallet.
2. Walk to school at least twice a week -- Since school is over with, I'm calling this one done.  I will walk every once in a while.

Mental Health Goals
1. Finish reading the book I put on hold and read another -- I'm a little way over half way through the first book.
2. Try not to murder anyone -- So far, so good but I have been tempted Undecided

Hello goals, I've been ignoring you, haven't I?

Career/Work/Financial:
1. Start vending at live shows again. - Done, as of yesterday.
2. Add to the handmade incense inventory. - Done.
3. Do craft supply destash sale on one of the online shops. - No real thought given to this yet.

Creative Projects:
1. Get plot/character ideas onto paper. -Nothing. Absolutely nothing on paper.  Ideas are backlogged in my brain at the moment.
2. Update blogs at least twice a month. -Yeah, need to think about this one a bit.
3. Pick an unfinished creative project and complete it. - Done.

Health/Fitness:
1. Lose 10 pounds by Solstice. - WIP...again.
2. Get back into the water-drinking habit (64 ounces/day; every day). - This is going well actually.
3. Get at least 90 minutes exercise per week. - Still going well.  Having a garden and vending at live shows has taken the place of going to the gym this season.

Spiritual & Personal Development:
1. Update altar for spring. - Done.
2. Continue working on herbal. -I'm putting this off until the garden is planted.  I need to take care of the live plants first, then the ones on paper.
3. Post more Path Forging entries. - Trying to decide what to write about next.
4. Make an offering to Lugh. - Done... well, sort of.  We've reached an agreement that I will write a work of fiction that features him.  It's already written in my brain, but I need to find time to get it down on paper.

Other:
1. Get together with Nemesis during vacation. - Done.
2. Visit Mammoth Cave. - Goal cancelled.
3. Get the gardens planted. - Garden is still not tilled and I don't have a vehicle large enough to transport a rental tiller.  If the weather cooperates, I'm going to start hand-turning the plot today, while cursing my brother's inability to follow through.
4. New goal: Get a solid estimate of what it would cost to spend a week or two touring in the UK next year.

School/Work:
1. Ahem. Graduate.--You know what? I'm going to mark this as done. My senior film is finished, I have no more school work or classes. And there's two weeks until commencement. Woo.
2. Figure out a preliminary plan for post-graduation and post-lease expiration plans.--Um. Let's just say it's done. It seems to be getting clearer. And it does say preliminary, so it is subject to change.
3. Submit commencement speech for consideration after revision.--Done!

Creative:
4. Complete revision of the two short stories I have for my fiction class.--Done!

Spiritual:
5. Go out into a natural area at least once.--My roomie and I are going to go camping this summer in the Shenandoah National Forest! YAY!
6. Finish reading The Rites of Brighid.--Done!

Health:
7. Continue recovery from depression (whatever that means).--Still okay, despite some low points this week and weekend. I'm taking extra care to keep it that way.

Spring 2009 Goals

Garden:

    * turn and improve garden soil I also added another bed, and have another spot I'm eyeballing.
    * plant
    * rake up leaves
    * build new compost bins
    * cut back the brush

House:

    * redraw plans

I'm back to square one for design of the house, since Tim keeps changing his mind!

    * finish site prep
    * dig foundation trenches
    * build foundation
    * begin wall construction
House construction is delayed due to illness on the part of the muscles.  Until Tim's kidney stuff is dealt with, we're pretty much on hold for any real construction work.  He swears he can do it, but I refuse to be widowed because he's too stubborn to listen.  Gen and I will probably piddle at it on warm days, but there's only so much I can do, and that limits what we together can manage.

Religion:

    * finalize Ostara ritual Completed in the nick of time.
    * write up Beltaine ritual This year's theme "Imagine" Now we just have to practice it a few times so that the May Queen knows her part and I don't stammer.  This will probably be my permanent base ritual, if it goes well, with just annual tweaking for any specific intentions we wish to address.
    * make up my mind if I'm going to open coven for new trainees Mind made up.  Yes, we are, and I invited a potential new coven member to Beltaine today.
    * write up next year's Beltaine ritual in PIE  The first phrase is in process of translation now. I need to do a little more tweaking to have it grammatically correct.
    * continue studying PIE (ongoing goal- I expect to be "finished" with this in about twenty years or so.)
    * continue studying Irish (another ongoing goal)
    * rebuild outdoor altar Apt to be altered if I can find more pavers that are the right size.
    * write up Midsummer ritual  Begun

Health:

    * get fit and limber I am slowly regaining my flexibility.  I don't expect to finish this before the end of the season, but I probably will be much closer by then.
    * figure out some better pain control for fibro-flare days This will probably be another ongoing thing for the rest of my life, but I'm going to call it done for the moment.
    * try to build up some greater endurance again Up to TWO miles!

    *quit smoking 13 days after quitting, I lit up.  My blood pressure had been too low and the licorice simply isn't strong enough to keep it up where it needs to be.  My legs swelled up with fluid and I gained nearly 10lbs in water.  I fainted a few times.  So, I un-quit.  For medical reasons, I have to smoke.  Go bloody figure.

17. Be involved in theatre and/or film all summer. -Workshopping a play I will be directing/producing this December by an award-winning Canadian playwright (my mom ^_^), and making a film for Digital Media class. I am considering this goal passed, as I'll be spending the rest of the summer in production plans for the play and working on writing some of my own too.
18. Learn my lines for Criminal Genius.

Financial
19. Put $1,000 into my savings account. (A lofty goal, and with no job in sight!) -Only $990 to go!

Spiritual
21. Work part-way through Evolutionary Witchcraft. -Starting Monday. Long weekend; extra time.
22. Declutter my altar and turn it into a working space. -Blagh. Need to do that.

25. Spend more time outside. -If it would stop raining....
26. Get to the gym 3 times a week. -WENT TO THE GYM 3 TIMES THIS WEEK! YAY! I have a gym partner, so it's actually getting done! I'm so happy! We have goals for this summer: get fit and tan. And we're going to! (I am so sore right now you have no idea.)
27. Keep my house fairly tidy. -Tidy! Ish. Did 8 months worth of laundry over the past few days, so now I need to put it all away. I'm trying to put stuff away one box at a time, but then I need to find something and everything goes to hell.
28. Wake up earlier; go to bed earlier. -1am is earlier than 4am!
29. Write and complete my 101 goals in 1001 days list.

First batch of summer school courses (ending June 22nd)
30. Figure out what to put here.
31. Get all my Digital Media work done early/on time. -Finished today's lab before we even had lab time in class and then finished next week's lab before lab time in class was over. So I'm a week ahead already.
32. Get through Art class without bursting into tears. -So far, so good. It's so frustrating because I've never been much of a drawer, but I can see it so clearly in my head and it never comes out on the page like I want it to! I am really good with painting, however, so that makes me happy.

Career/Work/Financial:
1. Start vending at live shows again. - Done.
2. Add to the handmade incense inventory. - Done.
3. Do craft supply destash sale on one of the online shops. - No real thought given to this yet.

Creative Projects:
1. Get plot/character ideas onto paper. -Nothing. Absolutely nothing on paper.  However, I'm getting a poke in the nose and demand to get a particular story on paper soon.  Perhaps if the rain continues and my housework gets done, I'll put some time into it later today.

- Calling it done; I'm doing this the majority of days and that's good enough for me.
3. Get at least 90 minutes exercise per week. - Going great.

He's the one now poking me in the nose and demanding that I get a story down in writing.

Other:
1. Get together with Nemesis during vacation. - Done.
2. Visit Mammoth Cave. - Goal cancelled.
3. Get the gardens planted. - So far I've managed to hand turn 1/4 of my planned garden plot.  Plants are already in that section and oh joy, the turnip seeds are already seedlings.  If the rain stops long enough, I'm going out this afternoon with the shovel to see how much more I can get done.
4. Get a solid estimate of what it would cost to spend a week or two touring in the UK next year. - And the answer is a lot, just a lot.  Cheesy  I'd forgotten just how expensive it is over there, but at least I've nailed down a price range beyond "take 1/2 the clothes and twice the money you thought you'd need."
So adding a new goal, since that I've nailed down the approximate cost:
5. Develop and implement a savings plan for the UK trip. - Currently the plan is to put away every cent earned through the part-time business and any overtime from day job, while living on only my regular earnings from my day job.  It will mean foregoing my regularly scheduled spring/fall vacations for the next year, but that's ok too, since those vacations are usually spent with my best friend who will be joining the UK mother-daughter trip along with her mom.  Squee...  is it too early to start a count down?

*quit smoking 13 days after quitting, I lit up.  My blood pressure had been too low and the licorice simply isn't strong enough to keep it up where it needs to be.  My legs swelled up with fluid and I gained nearly 10lbs in water.  I fainted a few times.  So, I un-quit.  For medical reasons, I have to smoke.  Go bloody figure.

That's truly frightening.  Hope you're doing  better now!
