Explain what that core might be. Give an example.

Do you have any idea how rude and demanding that sounds? Words like "please" or even "Could you explain..." make people much more inclined to actually help.

It wasn't meant to be rude. In fact, I realized something was wrong with what I was posting but couldn't quite see it so I gave up and assumed it was nothing and posted.

I believe it worked when I grounded myself. When I went back to my tranquil spot in the yard (its got large plants around it, but its not closed off), I sifted through the dirt and loosed it up and sifted through it more.
A few times a leaf fell off the tree behind me, and it startled me because it was almost like a person walking behind me.
When my cat came toward me, he touched my foot and ran away, which is unusual because he normally stays.

It is what I said it is:  the center of your SELF.  It is the solar plexus --the spot from which all of you radiates.
Linking it to the same spot in the Earth is a mental exercise, the basis of all energy work.
There aren't any examples; you'll know when it works.  You don't have to wonder.
